These Terms govern your use of BREEO. They are written to be readable — plain language where possible, formal where it matters — so you know what to expect from us and what we ask of you.

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and VIDERI MEDIA LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BREEO (“BREEO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using BREEO (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Who we are and how to contact us
BREEO is operated by VIDERI MEDIA LLC, a Florida limited liability company. For any question about these Terms, write to support@breeo.app. Our company mailing address is available on request.
3. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice, for example by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date, notifying you in the app, or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use BREEO. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
5. Account registration and security
To access most of BREEO you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our reasonable discretion, particularly where we believe these Terms have been violated.
6. Description of the Service
BREEO is a premium men’s coaching and training platform focused on breath control, presence, confidence, and intimacy skills. The Service provides structured programs, video lessons, daily practices, educational content, and progress tracking designed to support personal development in these areas.
7. Educational and coaching scope · no medical advice
BREEO is an educational, coaching, and wellness product. Content in the Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. BREEO is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapy, or treatment, and the Service does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional care relationship. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, sexual-health, or relationship-counseling advice.
Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional care. If you have a physical or mental-health concern — including concerns about sexual function, cardiovascular health, pregnancy, respiratory conditions, or mental health — consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay or forgo care because of something you read, watch, or practice in the Service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services in your area immediately.
8. Responsible use and health considerations
Some practices in BREEO involve breath control and physical awareness. These practices should never be performed in or near water, while driving or operating machinery, or in any situation where brief dizziness or light- headedness could cause harm. If you have a heart, lung, blood-pressure, or neurological condition, are pregnant, or have any other condition for which breath-based or physical practice may be contraindicated, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the Service. Listen to your body and stop any practice that causes pain, distress, or discomfort.
9. No guarantee of results
BREEO is designed to help you build skills — breath, presence, confidence, and intimacy — through practice over time. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement, or change, whether physical, emotional, relational, or otherwise. Any stories, examples, or testimonials shared in the Service or our marketing reflect individual experiences and are not promises of a particular result.
10. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
BREEO is offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing you authorize us, and our payment provider, to charge your selected payment method the then-current subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes and fees, on a recurring basis for the term you selected (for example monthly or annually). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless canceled before the renewal date. Currency and payment methods available may depend on your location.
11. Free trials and promotional offers
We may from time to time offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless stated otherwise at sign-up, trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period at the then-current price, and promotional rates apply only for the stated promotional term, after which the regular subscription price will apply. Eligibility for trials and promotions may be limited (for example, one trial per person or household).
12. App store and third-party payment rules
If you purchase a subscription through a mobile app store or another third-party platform, that platform’s terms may also apply, and billing, cancellation, and refunds for those purchases may be handled by the platform rather than directly by us. Where the platform’s rules conflict with these Terms for subscriptions made through the platform, the platform’s rules govern that subscription to the extent required.
13. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. For subscriptions purchased directly from BREEO, cancel by emailing support@breeo.appfrom the address on your account or by using any self-service cancellation option we provide in the app. For subscriptions purchased through a mobile app store or other third-party platform, cancel through that platform’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features through the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to a free or inactive state.
14. Refunds
Where a specific refund guarantee is offered at sign-up (for example a time-limited satisfaction guarantee), the terms of that guarantee apply. In all other cases, refunds are at our reasonable discretion and may not be available for partial billing periods, promotional pricing, content consumed in excess of reasonable use, or accounts that have violated these Terms. Refund requests for direct subscriptions should be sent to support@breeo.app. Refunds for subscriptions purchased through a third-party platform must be requested through that platform in accordance with its policies. Where applicable law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal, refund, or cancellation, those rights apply in addition to this section and are not limited by it.
15. Price changes
Prices, plans, features, and billing cycles may change from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of any changes that affect your subscription. You may cancel before the changes take effect if you do not wish to continue.
16. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, BREEO grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non- sublicensable license to access and use the Service and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise. You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly perform, or publicly display the Service or its content.
17. Your content
The Service may let you provide information or content, such as assessment answers, notes, or messages to support (“Your Content”). You retain any rights you have in Your Content. By submitting Your Content, you grant BREEO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and use Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with legal obligations. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license, and that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
18. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service (“Feedback”), you grant BREEO a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate the Feedback without obligation to you. We appreciate your input but we are not required to keep Feedback confidential or to act on it.
19. Acceptable use
While using BREEO you agree not to:
- Share, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.
- Access or use the Service using automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) except as expressly permitted.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to violate any law or the rights of any third party.
- Create multiple accounts or use the Service to circumvent suspension, limits, or these Terms.
- Use the Service in a way that could expose yourself or others to physical risk (see “Responsible use and health considerations” above).
20. Intellectual property
BREEO and the Service — including text, graphics, images, video, audio, software, design, trademarks, and the BREEO name and logos — are owned by BREEO or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in or to the Service is transferred to you.
21. Third-party services and links
The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and policies, not these Terms.
22. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to the practices described there.
23. Service availability and modifications
We work hard to keep BREEO available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, update features, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially and adversely affects a paid feature you rely on, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice and, where appropriate, adjust billing.
24. Suspension and termination
You may stop using BREEO at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions) will continue to apply.
25. Electronic communications
By using the Service you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and in-app notices. Agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Disclaimers of warranties
Except as expressly provided in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be accurate, reliable, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
27. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREEO and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in whole or in part. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury where not excludable.
28. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BREEO and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any third-party claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, (c) Your Content, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right. We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
29. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BREEO is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide you additional, non-waivable rights, nothing in these Terms reduces those rights.
30. Informal dispute resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@breeo.app. We will try to resolve the matter in good faith within a reasonable period. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the competent courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms, except where local law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
31. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance that results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, power outages, governmental action, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
32. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment without consent is void. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
33. Severability, no waiver, and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific features, are the entire agreement between you and BREEO relating to the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
