Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

For subscriptions purchased directly from BREEO, email support@breeo.app from the address on your account and we cancel immediately. For subscriptions purchased through an app store or other platform, cancel through that platform’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

When will my subscription renew?

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan) unless you cancel beforehand. You can check the renewal date in your account or by emailing support@breeo.app.

How do refunds work?

If your plan included a specific refund guarantee at sign-up, those terms apply. Outside of that, refunds are reviewed case by case. Start by writing to support@breeo.app with the email on your account and a short note about what happened.

I can't sign in — what now?

Use the reset-password link on the sign-in page. If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then write to support@breeo.app with the email you used to sign up. Please send the request from that address where possible so we can verify you quickly.

Can I use BREEO on more than one device?

Yes. Your account works anywhere you sign in at breeo.app — phone, tablet, or desktop. Progress syncs automatically. Sharing your account with other people is not permitted.

How do I request my data or delete my account?

Send a short note to support@breeo.app from the email on your account telling us what you would like — a copy of your data, a correction, restriction, or deletion. We confirm your identity and action the request within the timeframes set out in our Privacy Policy. Some limited records may be retained where required by law.
