Your practice stays yours.
BREEO is a private, discreet product. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. Plain language first, legal clarity throughout.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how BREEO (“BREEO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, use our mobile or web experiences, or otherwise interact with our services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BREEO is designed to be a private experience. We work to collect the minimum information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to respect the sensitive nature of the topics it addresses.
2. Scope of this policy
This Policy applies to personal information we process as a controller in connection with the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not own or control, even if they are linked from the Service. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy notices.
3. Who we are and how to contact us
VIDERI MEDIA LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BREEO, is the controller of personal information processed through the Service. For any question, request, or concern about this Policy or your personal information, email us at support@breeo.app. For our company mailing address, please see the “Contact us” section at the end of this Policy.
4. Information we collect
We collect the categories of information described below. The specific items we process depend on how you use the Service.
Account information
When you create an account we collect the details you provide, such as your email address, a password (stored only in hashed form we cannot read), and any optional display name you choose. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we receive the limited profile information that provider shares with us based on your settings.
Onboarding and in-app responses
BREEO begins with a private self-assessment and uses ongoing, in-app input (for example, check-ins, confidence ratings, or session notes) to personalize your plan. These responses may touch on sensitive aspects of your life. We treat them accordingly and, where required by applicable law, rely on your explicit consent to process them (see “Legal bases for processing” and “Sensitive information” below).
Subscription and payment information
Subscription purchases are processed by our payment providers. We receive and store a limited record of your transaction — for example, plan, price, currency, purchase date, renewal date, subscription status, and a reference to the transaction — but we do not receive or store your full card number. Refund, renewal, cancellation, chargeback, and similar billing events are synced to your account so that access remains correctly provisioned.
Usage and app activity data
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as sessions completed, content viewed, features used, progress within your plan, and timestamps of activity. This helps us deliver your program, debug issues, and understand which parts of BREEO are working.
Device and technical data
When you use the Service, we automatically receive standard technical information, including IP address, device type, operating system, browser, language preference, approximate region inferred from IP, referring URL, and diagnostic logs. We use this to operate the Service reliably, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
Communications with support
If you contact us (for example at support@breeo.app), we retain a record of the correspondence, your contact details, and the content of your message so we can help you and improve our support.
Optional information you choose to provide
You may choose to share additional information — for example by completing optional fields, sending feedback, or participating in a survey or research program. Providing this information is voluntary; you can decline without losing access to the core Service.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, measure performance, and understand how the Service is used in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the Service that rely on them (for example, staying signed in).
5. Sensitive information and your consent
Because BREEO focuses on intimacy, confidence, and breath-based practice, some responses you provide may relate to your private life. In jurisdictions where such information is treated as sensitive or “special category” data, we process it only to the extent needed to provide the Service and, where required, based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing support@breeo.app or deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. How we use information
- To create, operate, and secure your account.
- To deliver your personalized plan, content, and progress tracking.
- To process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To measure and improve the Service, including understanding which features and content are effective.
- To protect users, the public, and BREEO — for example by preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To send service-related messages (for example about your account, billing, or material changes to this Policy). Marketing messages, where permitted, are optional and you can opt out at any time.
7. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and equivalent laws, depending on the activity:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the Service you have requested, including creating your account, running your plan, and handling payments.
- Legitimate interests:to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, debug and improve features, and run our business — balanced against your rights and interests.
- Consent: for sensitive information, certain analytics or marketing cookies, optional research participation, and marketing messages where required by law. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to meet requirements such as tax, accounting, or responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
8. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below and in line with applicable law.
- Service providers:trusted vendors that help us run the Service — including hosting, authentication, database, email delivery, customer support tooling, security, and analytics. They may only use your information to perform the work we engage them for and are contractually required to protect it.
- Payment processors: to complete and manage subscription transactions and related billing events.
- Analytics and performance tools: to understand usage in aggregate and improve the Service. Where required, we rely on your consent and offer you a way to opt out.
- Legal, safety, and enforcement: where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or BREEO, or to investigate or prevent fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers: if BREEO is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction: any other sharing will be done only with your permission.
9. Automated decision-making and personalization
BREEO uses your self-reported information to generate a personalized program and to recommend content and next steps. These decisions do not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you and are not fully automated in a way that requires additional safeguards under GDPR Article 22. You can always review, adjust, or disregard the recommendations the Service makes.
10. International data transfers
BREEO operates globally and our infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where legally required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the equivalent mechanism in your jurisdiction. You can contact us for more information about the safeguards we use.
11. How we protect information
We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, hashed storage of passwords, access controls on production systems, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so while we work hard to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security. You play an important role too: use a strong, unique password, keep your credentials private, and sign out on shared devices.
12. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legitimate-business needs. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see “Your rights and choices” below); limited records may be retained where required by law (for example tax or billing records).
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request that we:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and give you access to it.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Port your information to another controller where technically feasible.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of marketing communications.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@breeo.app from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
14. EEA, UK, and Swiss rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the rights described above under the GDPR and equivalent laws. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority, although we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
15. California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”):
- The right to know what personal information we collect about you and how we use and share it.
- The right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. BREEO does not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly use personal information in ways that would be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; where any cookie or analytics tool could qualify, we honor opt-out signals where legally required.
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Service.
- The right not to be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, email support@breeo.app. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf; we will require reasonable proof of authorization before responding.
16. Other U.S. state privacy rights
If you live in a U.S. state that has enacted a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, or others as those laws come into effect), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it. To exercise those rights, email us at the address above.
17. Marketing communications
Where permitted, we may send you marketing messages about BREEO content, features, or offers. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting support@breeo.app. We will still send you non-marketing messages that relate to your account, billing, security, or legal rights.
18. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use BREEO. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@breeo.app.
19. Third-party links and services
The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. Review the privacy notices of any third party before providing them with personal information.
20. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is not yet a uniform standard for interpreting DNT signals, we currently do not respond to them. We do, however, honor valid opt-out signals where required by applicable law.
21. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice, for example by posting the updated Policy with a new effective date, notifying you in the app, or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
22. Contact us
For privacy questions, data requests, or any concern about this Policy, email us at support@breeo.app. We read every message and respond personally. BREEO is operated by VIDERI MEDIA LLC, a Florida limited liability company. If you require our company mailing address for a formal request, please ask and we will provide it.
